Do you offer collections or one-of-a kind pieces?
Both! Karina Matias offers an ongoing collection throughout the year, adding exclusive and new designs every week. We only make few pieces of each item to insure our customers remain unique. Each piece is individually hand made.

Upon request, Karina Matias will work with you for an exclusive design.

Do you do custom orders or adjustments?
 Both!   We will be happy to create a one of a kind jewelry especially for you!  In addition to custom orders, we are often able to resize or change the length of most of our pieces.  Please contact us with your request and ideas.

How long does a custom order take?                                                                           
Once a design is agreed upon, custom orders average from 3-5 weeks depending on the quantity of the order, availability of components and whether you make any subsequent changes to the design. We can give you a better time estimate once you contact us to initiate your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?                                                                                                
Yes! Your jewelry will always come in a satin bag with the Karina Matias Accessories logo. If you are sending the jewelry as a gift please let us know so we can include a gift invoice instead of a receipt. There will be an additional charge of $6 for each card (optional). Please contact us if you would like to include a card.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, Diners Club, and electronic checks through PayPal. However, if you choose to pay by check, your order will not be processed and shipped until your check has been cleared.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! PayPal is the most respected name worldwide in online payment processing. You can read more about their extensive security features by clicking here .

Do I have to become a member of PayPal in order to pay you?
No! You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase through Karina Matias. You're encouraged to do so by them, of course, but it's absolutely not necessary. You will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal once your payment has successfully been sent.

When I try to place an order and click on the "Add to Bag" button, I get taken to another site entirely. Why?
We use PayPal as a third party payment processor. Their payment processing engine is not on our servers - it's on theirs. Your order details are carried over to our payment processor on PayPal. Fortunately they have simple instructions for you to follow.  Rest assured that your order isn't lost!  

Do you sell or show customer information to anyone?
No! Never! We have the greatest respect for our customers' right to online privacy and we make every effort to safeguard it online as well as offline.  We will by no means share your order, payment, or contact information with anyone, ever, at any time!

How long can I expect to receive my order?
All Karina Matias Jewelry is individually made-to-order especially for you! Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you need a hurry order, please contact us directly at orders@karinamatias.com

Do you charge tax on any orders?
Yes. All residents of the state of Florida must pay 6.25% sales tax.

 What shipping methods do you offer? How much does it cost?
We ship all orders via United Postal Services (USPS).  Domestic orders are shipped thru Priority Mail.  To arrange Express (overnight), or international Mail please emailt us. Unfortunately, we do not ship during weekends and holidays. If you need a rush order, please contact us.

I have an account with another carrier?  Can I use it to ship my order?
We will be happy to ship your order thru an account you may have with another carrier.
